What We Do

We provide structured youth programs that combine:
  • Literacy and academic support
  • Leadership development and emotional intelligence
  • Financial education and life skills
  • Basketball training and mentorship
Our approach is built on the belief that youth learn best when they are engaged, supported, and challenged in multiple areas of development.

Our Approach

At IM Elite, we teach youth how to:
  • Read the Classroom – build academic confidence and literacy skills
  • Read the Court – develop discipline, teamwork, and decision-making
  • Read the Room – strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership
  • Read the Future – understand financial literacy and long-term success
This holistic model allows us to develop well-rounded individuals prepared for real-world challenges.

Our Programs

Our flagship programs include:
  • Books & Buckets Literacy Program – combines reading and basketball training
  • Court Vision Academy – develops basketball IQ and leadership
  • Read the Room Leadership Lab – teaches emotional intelligence and communication
  • Future Wealth Academy – introduces financial literacy and career readiness
Each program is designed to provide both immediate engagement and long-term impact.

Our Founder

IM Elite Literacy & Leadership Foundation was founded by Isaac Miller, who is passionate about developing youth both on and off the court. Through his experience in basketball and mentorship, he recognized the need for programs that combine education, life skills, and athletic development.
